Best NBA Player Props 12/4
The knockout rounds have arrived for the newly formed In-Season tournament. We have two big games tonight between the Indiana Pacers vs the Boston Celtics and the New Orleans Pelicans vs the Sacramento Kings. Unfortunately, I went 1-2 in my game props last Monday.
The Pelicans fumbled the lead and lost the game outright. The Pacers and Portland Trail Blazers game was close to the over, but just couldn’t get there. The Washington Wizards were the only ones to pull through. You have to boost them up the power rankings just for that alone.
Despite the 1-2 record, we get back that money tonight. There are only two games, which means it is going to be easier to focus. There are no distractions. Let’s make some coin tonight!!!
Derrick White over 23.5 Points+Rebound+Assists (-122)
The Indiana Pacers are known for having extremely fast-paced games. They are a bottom-tier defense while having the fastest pace. The Boston Celtics are most likely the best team in the NBA as of right now. Their depth is exceptional, which includes Derrick White in the starting lineup playing an all-around game.
In his last five games, White has hit this over in four of them. The rebounding could be a concern with the amount of made shots on both ends, but the three-point shooting alone can get White to a high total of points. Furthermore, White is averaging five assists this season, which can get to eight or more with this matchup today.
White is capable of hitting this line on any night. The matchup is even more perfect for this line. Watch out for a great Derrick White game tonight.
Zion Williamson Over 24.5 Points (-122)
Are we seeing the resurgence of Zion Williamson? He has been dominant over the last few weeks. He has scored 25+ points in seven of his last 10 games. However, in those three games where he didn’t meet the threshold, he played less than 30 minutes in each of them. Also, Zion feasts inside the paint.
The Kings are ranked 20th in the league in points allowed in the paint. Zion has the second most shots attempted in the paint while shooting 64% inside that area. The Kings do not have a true paint defender outside of maybe JaVale McGee. Zion should have a great night in all honesty.
This should be a back-and-forth affair, which means Zion will have to play more than 30 minutes. He is also on two days rest and does not have to worry about that minute restriction. Expect Zion to drive all night and get those easy layups most of the night.
Domantas Sabonis Under 17.5 Points
This one might be a little bit bold, but looking at his recent performances, Domantas Sabonis has just seemed off. In his last four games in particular, Sabonis has not reached this over and has only shot over 40% once, which is unprecedented for someone who is more of a paint scorer.
His touch looks lost right now, but he contributes in other ways. He might be turning into a facilitator first more times than not. The Pelicans are not a defensive juggernaut, but they have Jonas Valanciunas to bang bodies with Sabonis. They also won’t respect his jumpshot and will easily sag off.
This is a bit risky with Sabonis’ pedigree. However, he is in a slump and the line is not reflecting it. I would say to bet on this, but be very cautious with this. No more than a unit on this play.
